Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed you order, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email to let you know that we have received your order. Please retain this email for future reference should you need to contact us about your order. If you do not receive an email, please inform us as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping on all orders and aim to dispatch your item on the same or following working day. We use a Royal Mail 3-5 working day or courier service when needed; each will require a signature upon receipt.
If you require your order quicker or are wanting to purchase from overseas, please contact us and we can make arrangements to suit your needs.
We take every care to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products there are inherent variations throughout each collection.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are happy to offer a full refund for your items, within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that you take care in returning the items as we cannot be responsible for damage caused during their return. We suggest using proof of, and insured delivery when returning your items.
Lost, Faulty and Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent out to you.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 28 days after your initial order and we will work to resolve any issue.
